Amending your flights booking

If you’re thinking of cancelling your booking, it's handy to know that you can change the date and names of passengers on your booking for a fee, plus any increase in the cost of your flight. And just so you know, you won't get a refund if your new flight is cheaper. You can do all this yourself in Manage My Booking.

Cancelling your flights

If you’d like to cancel your booking, you can do this in Manage My Booking by logging in and selecting ‘Cancel flights’. When you request the cancellation, you’ll be sent a cancellation email. Simply follow the link in this email to confirm and complete the cancellation. You’ll then need your cancellation receipt if making a claim with your travel insurance company. Please note, all our scheduled flights are non-refundable.

Travel Essentials

If you’ve booked any travel essentials with our partners Jet2Carhire, Jet2Transfers, Jet2Insurance or Holiday Extras, they won’t automatically get changed or cancelled, even if they were booked at the same time. Please check your booking confirmation for the details and contact our partners directly to make any changes.
