The information collected during our booking process is required in order to make a booking with Jet2.com and to pass payment details to your card issuer to pay for your booking. The contact information entered during the booking process is retained to allow us to contact you in case of queries or amendments to flight details. Postcode data may be used by us for our own research and product development.
Jet2.com uses up to date industry procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss. When booking a flight with Jet2.com the personal information provided to us is held securely on servers (outside the European Union) using security measures that are consistent with best Internet practice.
To ensure the security of your payment card information we use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. If your browser supports SSL, please select the Secure Mode option when confirming your booking. If you are restricted by the capabilities of your browser then you can use the non-secure mode but we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of any browser to give you extra reassurance during any further transactions.
Our system sets a cookie for each booking session to ensure information is stored separately for each individual booking and to help optimise the performance of the website. This cookie cannot be linked to an individual and expires when the booking session is complete.
